Here is what we did today:
Choice Time: On Monday, due to the early morning rain, the children stayed inside and cut yarn with scissors, played with mini magnadoodles, and ran around the musical number mats. On Tuesday, we went outside and played!
Circle Time: We read the story, "Barney's Favorite Mother Goose Rhymes." This story had many familiar nursery rhymes in it and the children were encouraged to read them along with me. On Monday, our helper was sick so Mrs. Lenbauer counted to 6 with the children. On Tuesday, Holden helped us count 6 tennis balls on a card.
Snack Time: On Monday, we had cheese Ritz Bits and apple juice provided by Colin. Thank you Colin! On Tuesday, Holden brought apples, cheese, and chocolate milk for snack. Thank you Holden!
Center Time: The Housekeeping area was changed to include stuffed animals and pet related things.
